AuraDent Aesthetic Clinic is looking for a Patient Representative to join our growing international team.

Our Patient Representatives are an important part of the patient journey. You will be one of the main points of contact between our patients and clinical team, helping ensure that every patient receives clear communication, professional guidance and a well-organized experience from their first contact onward.

Who This Is For

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people from different countries and cultures and is confident communicating both face-to-face and through digital channels.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment, communicating with international patients, coordinating their needs with our clinical team, and following patient journeys carefully.

Previous experience in healthcare, dentistry, medical tourism, hospitality, customer relations or patient coordination is an advantage, but strong communication skills, professionalism and the ability to learn quickly are equally important.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent English — excellent written and spoken communication is essential.
• Fluent Turkish — strong written and spoken Turkish is required.
• At least one additional language — preferably Russian, German, Farsi, or another language relevant to international patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, professional and patient-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Confidence in using digital communication channels.
• Ability to coordinate multiple patient requests and priorities.
• A solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical and administrative team.
• Willingness to learn, improve and take responsibility.
