Commission Based Salary 

Required Qualifications: 

*Cypriot citizen or student visa holder 

* Proficiency in at least 2 languages: English and Turkish (Persian and German are an added advantage) 

* High self-confidence and persuasion skills 

*Can actively drive 

*Have good communication and human relations skills 

*Aptitude for teamwork  

Possible duties and responsibilities: 

* Determining the real estate needs of customers, analyzing their demands and offering the most appropriate solutions. 

*Sales activities: Carrying out sales and rental transactions of real estate by communicating with potential buyers and tenants. 

*To provide up-to-date information to customers by following real estate market trends.
