Customer Care Representative

We are a UK-based company, which has been going from strength to strength since 2017. 

Now having decided to expand our team, we are currently looking to hire Customer Care Representatives to work in our modern, diverse, and dynamic office in Nicosia.

We have an exciting and engaging work environment and offer opportunities to develop and grow within the company.

Location: New Industrial Area, Nicosia, North Cyprus

Working Hours:

Weekly rotation - Monday – Friday

00:00 – 07:30

07:30 – 16:00

15:30 – 00:00

Responsibilities:

·              Listen to clients’ issues and questions

·              Use initiative to assist clients

·              Assisting clients in a calmly manner

·              Answer client queries to your best ability

·              Have a positive attitude

·              Assist clients with any queries in regards to products or services

·              Assist clients with technical difficulties

·              Escalate feedback, questions or complaints to your line manager when necessary

·              Handover for the next team rotation highlighting any issues/queries from the shift

·              Collaborate with your Team Leader to solve any issues that may arise

·              Maintain a high level of professionalism

·              Attend and take part in team meetings

·              Knowledgeable and confident with Microsoft Office

Skills and Qualifications:

·              Strong verbal communicator

·              Knowledge of applicable products

·              Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, call center environment
