Our client in Nicosia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus is looking for a confident, result driven Recruiter who speaks fluent Turkish/Russian and English.

Working schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm 

Main duties and Responsibilities: 

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms, other sources) 

• Design and update job descriptions

• Screen incoming applications 

• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)

• Advertise job openings on social media, job boards and internally.

• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs  

Requirements: 

• Higher education (preferable in Business Administration or Social Sciences)

• Fluency in English and Turkish or Russian languages

• Knowledge of MC Office Programs 

• At least 1-year experience as a Recruiter

• Active, hard-working
