Levent Homes a leading developer in North Cyprus is seeking an experienced director to lead the sales and marketing functions.

An ideal candidate should have:

• A university degree,
• At least ten years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
• At least 5 years of people/department management experience
• International experience or experience with international customers
• Fluency in English (additional languages are preferable)
• No international travel restrictions

Other skills required

• Computer literacy, good command of office programs (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Driver’s License
